FAQ's

How is best to get to the venue?

Please refer to the venue page for all the details here, including train, taxi and parking details. We strongly advise booking taxis home in advance. We don't recommend a certain taxi company but to help find a taxi, you are best to Goggle search for "taxis Diss”.

Is there parking available?

Yes, and cars can be left overnight; however, please ensure they are picked up by 5 PM the following day.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, we plan on soaking up some wonderful July sunshine! We hope to have the ceremony outdoors, so anticipate spending plenty of time in the gorgeous English sunshine!

Are children welcome?

We politely request no children. We hope you understand and see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate with us all! 

Is it okay to take our own photos?

We will be requesting an "unplugged" ceremony - don't worry, we will have a photographer and videographer to catch this special moment and you will all have access to the entire gallery after; however, throughout the rest of the day, please feel free to take all of the pictures you like! We will post a shared gallery here where you can share all of the photos from the day.

Where should we stay?

Please refer to our Accommodation for a list of nearby hotels and cottages. There are also nearby Airbnb's.

When do I need to RSVP?

Please ensure you've RSVP'd by the 1st of June!

What about gifts?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, should you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon wouldn't go a miss!

What is the dress code?

Please dress formally, considering the summer season. Keep an eye on the weather forecast as England can be unpredictable!

What if I have dietary requirements?

The venue will accommodate any dietary requirements you may have, so please let us know via your RSVP. This includes vegetarian/vegan.
